One Size Fits Most - if you have very small wrists these may not fit snug for you. The watch bands are sized to fit M/L wrists. We have had feedback saying they fit a little on the larger side so if you have a very small wrist, these may fit large on you.  To locate your Apple Watch Size, look at the back side of the watch face.
